The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: Unconstitutional Slop

Maybe over a beer sometime. I donā€™t find forums a good venue for lengthy discussions. Iā€™m just here for the hot takes and venting.

Yeah, of course heā€™s agreeing to show up. Allows them to claim they are cooperative and the most transparent administration ever, despite his hours of obfuscation, lying, filibustering, etc, all of which have no consequences.

There are 2 possible reasons

  1. He hasnā€™t actually implemented anything yet which could get him into trouble

  2. Heā€™s an arrogant c***

I know where my money is.

What what heroes on that rescue.

What happens to a boat after it goes under like that? Am I dumb for wondering whether a vessel designed to stay on top of water is not meant to be fully submerged?

This fucking boater thing is so fucking weird.

Rome wasnā€™t built in a day my friend!

Agreed that the idiots in the boat parade were going for maximum disruption that resulted in that boat sinking and probably shoreline erosion and damage to in and over water structures from the wakes. Every boat was plowing and none were on plane, so that was the whole point. Scumbags.

The boat that sunk had a bunch of heavy people on it and may have been overloaded. Theyā€™re screwed if thatā€™s true. No lawsuit and insurance company can deny any claims due to negligence. Also, the family that was on the boat responded to the tweet offering up an interview to the local news, so a check mark for the moron column there. Going on TV and completely hamstringing your attorney seems like a good plan. They probably offer up helpful info to cops when they get pulled over for weaving within their own lane of travel or driving 5 under the speed limit in the right lane too.

I was under the impression that the USPS has been prioritizing pharmacy shipments. But I am not sure why I thought that.

I get prescriptions through mail from CVS since Covid started and they made them free. Havenā€™t had any issues yet but have had other stuff get stuck for a week a stoneā€™s throw from my house.

If you ever been boating it makes perfect sense.

Pretty much encapsulates the stereotype entirely.

A small boat gets fished out, new electronics, maybe an engine and put back into service. A larger boat gets totaled by insurance and chain sawed. Believe it or not any personal property aboard the boat that can be salvaged becomes insurance company property, because they probably paid out the value on it.
