I heard a quote from one of the Trump campaign people. They seem to be telling themselves that Trump can win if he “wins more days” than biden between now and the election. It seems like they see signing an EO as a day “won”. College football being cancelled is presumably a day lost.
If this is their philosophy, and it likely is, I would expect a whole lot of dumbfuckery between now and the election.
