Ehh, I’m not gonna be upset about Stone. It was either Trump forgot all about him or getting pardoned. Or commuted. Whatever. If anything, it will shed light on the fact that the POTUS has too much power in the first place. And c’mon. It’s not like Roger Stone will stop committing crimes. He’ll dip his toes in the water again.
The POTUS having too much power is the issue. Our democracy just happened to fade a lot of bad things over 250 years. We are lucky It’s an imbecile like Trump bringing attention to this and not someone like Tom Cotton as president.
