Itâs now âcancel cultureâ to not support an incumbent politician according to Senator dumbfuck shitstain Lowffler from Jawja
BBC is state owned, but not labeled.
Does Fox News get a podium w microphone symbol that sort of looks like a toilet too?
The BBC is neither state-owned or state-controlled in that sense that the government doesnât pay for it and it doesnât have editorial control over content.
The BBC is subject to a Royal Charter which is the constitutional basis for the BBC. It sets out the public purposes of the BBC, guarantees its independence, and outlines the duties of the Trust and the Executive Board. Broadly speaking this means the BBCâs coverage must be balanced and unbiased (i.e. not support one party above another or one political point of view) and it must show that it provides public value in all its major activities. However beyond drawing up the Royal Charter the government does not usually intervene in what the BBC shows or broadcasts. Thatâs not to say the government hasnât criticised what the BBC has done but its main threat is through amending the Royal Charter and the licence fee (see below) rather than telling it what to broadcast. (Other TV broadcasters in the UK are regulated by Ofcom, subject to Acts of Parliament and have a public service remit to provide high quality and diverse programming but arenât subject to a Royal Charter like the BBC.)

So like Fox the BBC is fair and balanced.
Chairperson is appointed by the government tho.

Perfectly reasonable to suspend kids for this.
If only we actually could cancel Loeffler. Corrupt moron.
This is from a college-educated client who is an artist, after I responded to an email by noting that a deadline corresponded with the election date, where hopefully Trump will lose.
âYouâre so funny that horrible people attacking your clients doesnât faze you, but the rest of the world does! Or maybe itâs just me not paying attention to anything happening. I donât know anything from the news at all. But I see that the news drives Glen crazy too!â
Glen is a business partner he works with. Point is, we make a huge mistake when we assume most people pay attention to politics. Remember how much you paid attention to politics when you were 11 years old. Well, most people still pay that much attention to politics. We make a huge mistake when we say things like, â40% of the country supports Trumpâ and implicitly assume they know what we know. Most of that 40% couldnât tell you their congressional rep or how many people are on the supreme court.
One consequence of this is that people have an overly negative attitude about the state of the country, because they assume they are engaged in battle with 40% of the country who know most of what they know and yet still âsupportâ Trump. No, Tucker/Hannity gets like 4M viewers a night on their best days. Thatâs about 2.5% of the country. The battle is with maybe 15% of the country that is hardcore right, not with the 15-20% of Trump âsupportersâ who are basically uneducated and have no idea whatâs going on. They are sheep and can be more or lass herded with the right message.
