LOL!!! I’m dying. When asked to cite precedent for dissolving a corrupt non-profit organization, the AG referred to her role in shutting down the Trump Foundation.
Her office cited as a precedent its previous action against the Trump Foundation, which led President Trump to shut down the charity in 2018 amid allegations that he used it for his personal benefit.
James is taking aim at the NRA after her office last year dismantled President Donald Trump’s charitable foundation and fined him $2 million to settle allegations he used donations meant for worthy causes to further his own business and political interests.
