Plus the younger generations have grown up online. While this has its good and bad parts, these kids have grown up in an international community where they interact with people from all over the world, every day. This alone will drastically impact the influence of isolation and patriotism.
The divisiveness and protectionism has always been born out of ignorance. When you have friends in twenty different countries it shifts your views on what is important and what takes priority.

The supreme court has issued its decision in one case involving subpoenas for Trump ’s financial records.
The justices issued a 7-2 decision that the president’s tax returns and business records may be turned over to a grand jury in New York.
The ruling marks a defeat for Trump, who has pushed for years to hide the documents from the public.

Alaska polls today:
Trump +3 (previous R win margins: +14, +14, +21)
Galvin (D) +2 against Young who has been Alaska’s representative since 1973 and in the last three elections has received 70% to 75% of the vote.
ETA: Also MT-1 from yesterday tied, though the pollster has a Dem bias according to 538.

We mean the same thing all countries have always meant when they say they are great. We can kill more of you than you can of us. When was the last time Britain was great?

Everyone got it, even the Euros who write dates differently.
Britain and other countries had a lot of trouble adapting to a post-colonial world, and in some ways still haven’t. If it ever happens America might have similar problems adapting to not being able to blow everyone up.
