If I hold back the tide of how horrifying this is, holy shit is this fascinating. All of the arguments for libertarianism, states right, unhinged free market capitalism–GET GOVERNMENT OUT OF THE WAY–are thrown aside by conservatives as soon as a conservative is in power.
