The company is only worth $70M
Not going to bother looking this up, but I think Nixon was at around 35% approval when he resigned.
Nixon got down to 24%.
Congrats to all 401k’s on being worth less today than they were on 1/1 or this time last year! MAGA!
You left out the part he’s looking forward to most. Hint: it comes before they can resurrect them.

Well, with all this extra time on his hands Stephen Miller has to do something.
“Maybe our GREAT POLICE…won’t let this symbol of hate be affixed to New York’s greatest street.”
Not only is he calling it a symbol of hate, he’s encouraging a police uprising to block this legal action from taking place.
Not only is a legal action, it’s a legal action being taken by the city for which they work!
My old college friend called me the other day to make up, told me he felt like it was his fault, etc, we did the guy no apology thing, moved on… Yesterday he told me I’m nuts for thinking the Nazi symbols are on purpose or that they are actually fascist.
Again, this is a Democratic voter with a college education. He told me he thinks I’m about as sane on politics as his Trumpy mother, who is anti-vaxx, anti-mask, thinks COVID is a hoax, believes PLANdemic, etc.
Does not bode well for our country.
I posted earlier that I think Trump walks if he gets down to 36% approval in the RCP avg.
Yeah that’s the equity. You do not want YRC to go out of business believe it or not. They’re systemically important to a bunch of supply chains. I probably wouldn’t be super sad if they exploded because chaos is a ladder, but it would be some significant chaos.
GHW Bush got down to 29%
GW Bush got down to 25%
Truman hit 22%, but that was in the 1950s
Nixon wasn’t facing reelection though. What was LBJ’s approval when he walked in '68?
on March 31, 1968, in a nationally televised address in which he largely talked about America’s sense of purpose in the world and the increasing divisiveness within the country over both domestic and foreign issues, President Lyndon B. Johnson ended with a bombshell that threw American politics into a tailspin.
He said: “…I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination of my party for another term as your President.”
edit: looks like he was about 40% approve/45% disapprove when he announced he would not run. His low was around 36% approve/52% disapprove in Sept. '68.
Can’t see trump walking, he likes being a heel. Now maybe Mitch and the gang force him out if the numbers get to low but trump won’t do it on his own.
Absolutely. Silver lining would be maybe itll give dems the political will and capital to actually pack the courts post biden, especially after a ton of awful decisions
There won’t be TOO many bad decisions for exactly this reason. They (the GOP supreme court justices) have shown pretty deft touch I think so far politically. They do as much damage as they can, but probably aren’t going to give the Dems a great look to pack the court.
Plus hes still live with cheating and I think he legit doesnt believe the numbers. I mean hes an idiot who doesn’t know how polling works
