I clicked one of the links in your quote, which took me to an article with the theme “critics laughed, but he called it, so who’s laughing now, huh?” But the article gives a quote from some critic saying the Trafalgar crosstabs showed Trump winning a third of blacks in 2016, which if true is ridiculous.
It’s just one poll. Don’t attribute magical abilities to a Republican who predicted Trump would win in 2016. The wishcasting is real, and afaik, zero Republicans predicted he would win the EC while losing the popular vote (badly), which according to 538’s model was like half his winning scenarios.
It’s going to be some form of “this bounty thing never happened and is another plot by the Fake News media and their partners the Democrat party to get rid of Donald Trump because they hate America and love Antifa and MS-13”.
I had to lay 15:1 to get someone on unstuck to accept a bet that he will drop out before the election. And I’m not sure anyone was going to give me a much better deal than that.
