I thought ah well he stopped banging his gavel so fine, threat issued and the disruption stopped. But then he kept banging his gavel AGAIN through the rest of the testimony. This is a raw power struggle. This type of bullshit should have been handled months/years ago. Have the Sergeant at Arms remove him, then bring up a vote to kick him out of Congress or have his committee assignments stripped or censure him or something…
