Even though nobody did anything, it seems wise that police keep in mind they rely on the greater community for their existence and survival. Maybe start trying to be a part of things instead of just bullying people.

The Parkinson’s is a little tricky because varying degree’s of dementia can occur as part of a Parkinson’s presentation, but you’re point can be well taken in patients lacking that feature of the disease
