No love for Attorney General Barr? I would bet he gets your jimmies rustled here and there.

I regret to inform you that there is a whole thread most of which is devoted to claiming that these are effectively the same thing and equally bad.

Not sure how much of a backfire it is if they claim they got two million requests and 5,000 people show up.

It is not like we can verify their claim anyways. They don’t share data, let alone audited data. They have likely lied about ticket requests For every one of his Racist Rallies.

Not sure it is a backfire, just more a waste of time.

They are going to cancel last minute due to request from health department. Really to save face.

Total guess.

Trump gassed people for a shitty bible photo. I’d lean towards he does it while people die.

Is that an op ed?

The ramp was not steep at all. And the idea that the ramp had some kind of super slicker on it is absurd.

Do they even wheel chair? Why would you make a ramp for a wheelchair slicker? That is a really dumb idea. The wheels need to be able to grip. Plus ramps are not just used by people in wheelchairs, but people who have a hard time navigating steps.

The entire thing is nonsense, the ramp is not even that long. Even better is it is not even a wheelchair ramp. It is too step to qualify as a wheelchair ramp. So they really need to decide what they think it is before defending it.

To me it looks like it is a safe and easy way for people moving during the ceremony to go from different heights with as little risk and difficulty as possible. If that is case, Trump’s movements are exceedingly troublesome. My dad was 75 when he passed 4 years ago. He had a large number of problems, with Alzheimer’s, neuropathy and other neurological issues that impeded his ability to move. Trump’s rate of movement and difficulty was very similar to what I saw with my dad.

I just want to know why the Washington Post ran this. Did they hire the fired op ed editor from the New York Times?

I had that same thought when I saw some statements coming from that quarter.

What would happen if anti-Trump protesters flooded the streets of Tulsa after the Trump rally starts and made it difficult for people to exit the venue?

I’ve said this before. My fantasy is to fill the arena with protesters.

For any prank to work, they have to be willing to also camp out to actually get into the venue in sizable numbers.
