The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: retweets WHITE POWER, condemns Black Lives Matter, regrets criminal justice reform

O/U on “transitioning to greatness” mentions in this 10am pep rally?

Easiest no watch ever. He’ll just spike the football about the jobs report and walk off.

I’m finding it hard to locate data/graphs, but my recollection is that the ADP jobs data, and the BLS unemployment numbers, usually run in generally the same direction, even if there are data differences. How the heck is it that ADP reports 2.5M cuts from payrolls, but BLS resports 2M job gains??

It’s possible lots of people are collecting unemployment AND working. Which at least in my state is a mistake because obviously the state knows when you go back to work and eventually they come looking for their money. That’s the only explanation I can think of besides there is funny business with the data.

I just ate some food. I had not eaten food since last night.

But wouldn’t the ADP report also capture all these people who are working (even if they are also collecting UI), same as BLS would? The gap is so stark between them. Maybe I don’t understand the respective reports/models.

Is the press going to stand at attention again when the dotard walks out?

Seems there is a desk with something to be signed. I guess today will be hereby officially declared “TRANSITION TO GREATNESS” day.

Low-energy rambling.

I hadn’t watched any of these in a while. This is kind of comforting.

Imagine writing a “should resign” article in 2020 after 4 years of president zeroshame.

But how many massive ship building contracts did you lose?

This is the same state that elected a Senator who thinks Trump learned his lesson about breaking the law when he was not held responsible for breaking the law. They aren’t really good at this stuff up there.

Long article (1 hr 15 mins to listen) by Anne Applebaum, “History Will Judge the Complicit.”

I assume he’s referring to this contract (article below). The history of the LCS program is… interesting. This may come as a shock to you all: Trump is taking credit for a shipbuilding program that has been in place for ~15 years that has been more-or-less guaranteed to continue regardless of who holds the presidency.

Edit: they’ve upgunned them and are calling them FFGs now but it’s still basically the same thing

He seems really high energy today. LOL at bragging about the number of all-time highs in the stock market.

No doubt. The person who wrote that is living in a total fucking fantasy land. He might have written an op ed about how Trump should give away all his money, live homeless, and spend the rest of his days helping the poor.

Haven’t seen a Troll of the Week nomination in a while.
