I thought long sentence = tldr, i.e. the previous sentence was kind of long, let me summarize. But now I see you must be right. What he meant was that long sentences are for street crime, definitely not for Trump crime.

Conforms to the understanding that racism of any kind means hating every single person from that group. One Black friend or Jewish son-in-law means you canāt possibly be a racist.
