The author doesnât even make an attempt to ACKNOWLEDGE nonetheless defend Dumpâs actions. Rs are so much better at this. I honestly think if the Ds brought on the parkland high kids to write their press conferences and social media, odds of removal from office go up materially. Maybe thatâs stating the obvious.

He infamously changed the outcomes of shows to be different from where they were trying to lead him in the competition. Even then he was a puppet who couldnât be trusted to keep in line. They had to consistently re-edit his shows to meet the outcome he wanted. Trust me when I tell you thatâs a lot of double work. It would be like completely re-writing a script with the same words to be a totally different outcomeâŚkind of.

Yup and anyone who incessantly defends the lawbro bullshit arguments over the last 2-3 years and constantly thinks THIS IS THE TIME WE GOT HIM, starting threads breathlessly and with nuance talking about all the reasons why this is it, while we slowly sink into the abyss is complicit. We all need to wake up and realize that the current crop of politicians that WE ALL VOTE FOR, for the most part are part of the problem. We need to support financially and with our time the people willing to primary the Dem establishment types. That is what we really need for real change.
Do we really see a Pelosi led house passing M4A, or any of the other progressive policy ideas? I think you have to be delusional to think so. If not then none of the rest of this shit matters. All the debates about policy and strategy and all that is just a complete fairy tale. And that is what it has been for decades. If you are a long time supporter of the Dem party and havenât worked to eradicate the corporate infestation in our own party then you are part of the problem.
I am hopeful the last 3 years has woken a lot of people up to this. I hope we see it over the next 10+ years where we slowly drive these types out of positions of power and replace them with people actually willing to fight for the things they claim to support.
So yes like you said we need to use any means necessary to fucking fight back. To try and regain some semblance of power to this whole thing. That is what is lacking. The powers that be in the Dem party care about themselves and their appearances rather than actually accomplishing anything. That needs to change.

Maybe if Dems and MSNBC didnât spend 80% of their time on Russia and Ukraine itâd be easier to convince people that Dems actually care about that. And Iâm being 100% honest here, I donât think the mode Democrat cares about this anymore than the mode Republican.
