I’m definitely leaving open the possibility of a resignation. We haven’t heard the rest of the whistleblower’s story. Though it does concern me a little that those in Congress who have seen it are not more mortified. Things can snowball very quickly once information comes out that is indefensible for Republicans. An all-expense paid one way ticket to Russia would be a fitting outcome…and a rather practical one.

There are also some possible outcomes we haven’t even discussed, like Trump resigns, gets pardoned, then waltzes to the GOP nomination in 2020. The same could happen in some form or fashion if he gets impeached and convicted.
