Maybe I’m the only one but hope this somehow sinks Biden and he doesn’t make Iowa. We need him out of the race yesterday and I dont really care how it happens.

I have mixed feelings on this.
I for 1 don’t ever want to see Trump win over the media and accomplish this, but definitely want JB out by whatever means.
In the end I suspect JB will crash by his own failures and the media will still give trump some credit for it. So in a way does it matter.
How about making fun of Hunter dating Beau’s widow while Papa Joe smiled approvingly?
Ignoring the Ukraine stuff, I think Hunter Biden seems sketchy. He goes from a solid assignment in the Clinton Commerce Department to founding a DC-based lobbying firm and serving as a senior vice president at MBNA. A banker and a lobbyist? He seems like exactly what people claim about when they talk about the revolving door between politics and corporations.
Then, there’s the cocaine. Not only does he need a waiver for past drug use to be commissioned in the Naval Reserve, but he gets discharged because he lacks the discipline to stay off the nose candy. He couldn’t even go a month without it.
Even if he did nothing wrong with a Ukrainian oil company other than letting the Biden family cash in on the political influence of the sitting vice-president, it’s still part of what’s wrong with Washington and the sort of behavior I expect from one of Trump’s kids.

This is exceptionally crazy. Bill Weld’s treason thing is pretty damn crazy too… The statutory minimum penalty for treason is 5 years in prison or a $10,000 fine!

You’re right. I’ve hung around on 2+2 because I enjoy the UK football community but I’ve been suckered in to replying to a few fascists in the “politics” sub recently and I realise it’s not just a waste of time, I’m actively supporting the site by continuing to contribute. Self ban for me.
