I didn’t even realize it with all the chaos, I hadn’t been in the other threads, but Biden is currently doing a town hall on NBC and MSNBC from Miami.
They were just talking about Roe. If nothing else, he’s connecting with voters now. Trump is not.

When you breathe normally you mostly use your diaphragm mostly to breathe. It pulls your lungs out and then relaxes to let the air out. Accessory muscles are the muscles you use to pull harder. They’re the muscles in your neck and shoulders that pull your lungs open harder.

meh, depends on his baseline. That would be pretty shitty conditioning if he couldn’t do that without being winded (and he is). Suppose I’ve never seen him do stairs before. He’s definitely pulling harder than usual in that clip.
