They also love to see a powerful man talking over a woman and telling her what is and isn’t appropriate.
Opening statements of each new segment will be mic off for the opponent. At something like 10 topics Joe will have 20 uninterrupted minutes to speak.

I was just reading about this in WaPo. It is far reaching and egregious and basically would do great harm to civil servants in the federal government.
My hope is that trump loses and this gets rolled back. Basically they want non political civil servants to have the same rights as political appointees.
