And, while I 100% think the underlying issue for all of this Trumpism is white supremacy, the cops will definitely be nicer to a Black-Hispanic ex-cop with the right haircut wearing camo, goes hunting and has a shirt that says “the only good vegetarian is a dead vegetarian” than a white guy with dyed green hair.

Just storing the the precise geolocation is against privacy laws in the EU and California. It’s personally identifying information, and must only be stored encrypted, and certainly not made available for download by anyone via API. I hope Parler guy has a lot of money for the fines he’s going to have to pay. $2500 for each violation in CA. $7500 per violation if they were warned and failed to comply (intentional violation).
