Evidence of malice aforethought. Like if a family burned to death, and you had proof of the person who started the fire discarding the fire extinguishers beforehand. Move from presumption of maybe “just” reckless to definite murder.

I still maintain that Mike Pence and McConnell are what prevented a possibly successful coup. I’m not saying that to give them any kind of credit. I just think it’s the truth though. This whole thing plays out way differently if Pence declares Trump the winner notwithstanding the actual electoral college votes. I think we came way closer here than people realize.
Tell me again how there weren’t actually people planning to kidnap/kill and take control of the government.

There’s no special prosecutor needed, just Biden’s new AG. But there should be a whole office and team working under Garland devoted to nothing else than this investigation.
