Too lazy to dig up specifics but he did stand alone as the sole D at times under Obama’s radical centrist administration. Am kinda shocked he would do it over stimulus checks as I think it’s popular across the ideological spectrum but guess we will see.

If Manchin wants more fiscal responsibility, let’s adjust the checks to the cost of living in each state.
$2000 checks for Hawaii, California, New York.
$750 checks for West Virginia, Mississippi, Kentucky
