My best friend did exactly that. Dated a girl from NZ in college. She got a brain tumor while she was here. Rather than go bankrupt here, they moved back to NZ for the free healthcare. They’re now married and have a child.

The best is they convinced him his horrible daily briefings were hurting him. I know that had to take some doing.
Any time I can think trump is sad or glum I am happy. The only thing he cares about is himself, so it’s not like we would have shared sorrow at any point.

Obviously the Flynn fbi fallout is still the most important news story of the day. Not the thousands of Americans dying each day who are laying the foundation for tens, if not hundreds, of thousands more to die.
To me Flynn is just like the flu.

This was released Tuesday. It predicted that deaths would drop by half from then to today.

I don’t get it. The deaths are always less Saturday-Monday then we get the Tuesday-Friday bump. Every week.
The WH model is the red line. It’s predicting almost zero deaths one week from today. That represents poor modeling.

The text of the tweet seems fine. The curves do match the observed data. The problem is the extrapolation to a prediction. That’s not math, it’s magic. Stupid magic.
We’re going to have a civil war. The question is when and the magnitude. You can’t bridge that divide. This is why you have people with guns at state houses. They’re going to start shooting at some point.
