The money Harvard got was not PPP money. There was a $14B allotment in the CARES act for colleges and thatâs where the Harvard money came from. The colleges need to spend at least half of it on grants to students. Harvard said all of it would be spent on grants to students. I canât believe the President would misrepresent the facts!
