Seems to me that Trumpâs likely plan is to keep testing limited, relentlessly challenge death #s, tirelessly push âAmerica back to work!â, and then when that results in a re-spike in infections and deaths blame the governors.
EDIT: Of course this assumes the help of Fox News, which is already really going after the death numbers
