And this is not just fake sources. In his interview I believe at the CDC, he went on and on about his preference for whatever keeps the numbers down. He wants to leave Americans stranded on cruise ships because the moment they step foot on American soil, the number of forced infection identifications doubles. Forgive the paraphrase, but the actual quote is somehow even more callous.

I also find it hilarious that Trump still canāt figure out how to put out a proper message, even after itās obvious that people close to him have told him he needs to reassure the public.
I think it was yesterday that he stood in front of cameras and told everyone to keep calm, clearly because he was told he needed to do that. But of course, he couldnāt help himself and proceeded to say that it would be over soon and that we needed to protect the cruise and airline industries.
Itās amazing how he only thinks of himself. Yeah, it sucks that travel companies are hurting, but he only cares about that in relation to the stock market. He canāt muster up the strength to actually express concern for people and their health.

Iāve always known Trump was a narcissist, but I honestly canāt wrap my head around how someone can be like him. How he canāt even say something simple like, āThis is a serious situation, but the government is doing everything it can to keep the American people safe. Stay smart, stay calm, but take precautions and take care of each other.ā
Even if heās lying, he canāt even say anything remotely Presidential or human.

Had the same exactly thought during the āstay calmā statement. Something finally faintly pierced the bubble and made him understand that part of his job is to reassure the public, and he probably thinks about others (Obama, W, Clinton, etc.) heās seen do it competently in the past, but heās such a dumb narcissistic fucktard that he just canāt go out there and actually do it.
