Grunching 10 hours as I’ve just woke up, but I think y’all are some sweet summer children wrt this “consumer activity will never be the same again!” stuff. I absolutely believe that, at some point, consumer activity in America will reach roughly the same level it was before Corona. I don’t think it will all come back immediately and their choices may be somewhat limited as there might be fewer places-of-business, but knowing flawed, reactive humans as I do they will be chomping/champing at the bit to “return to normal”, especially when it comes to their goods.
And if such a time comes while Trump is still President, you know he’s gonna be bleating out that message to get out there and spend money at our wonderful restaurants, folks!, and x% of our populace will happily do as they’re told.
Hell, I already cannot wait for the day on which I will order Pizza Hut delivery again. And that’s not even especially good pizza!

I counted Trump mentions. Jared managed 12. That Admiral Polowczyk isn’t making it back on the show imo. Too few Trump mentions per minute. Navarro can kiss some ass. He’s not in jeopardy.
