i understand the restaurant business, its a very delicate business, i always say you can serve a good meal to a person 30x and if they mess up the 31st time they never come back

It sounds like they are seriously trying to come up with something so Trump can claim victory by opening up soon. So they’re going to try to label counties by high, medium, and low risk, and force counties of low risk open, probably by Easter so Trump can take a victory lap.
And of course the low risk counties are going to be the Red counties that have tested like 5 people.
