Pretty much this. The GOP is mad unemployed/laid off people are getting money and the Democrats are mad about corporate handouts. It was definitely a compromise bill that would have been done if not for Lindsay and the Scot(t)s.
Apparently lyndsay graham doesnât know if you quit you are not eligible for unemployment insurance.

My wife eye rolls at me for insisting that we pick up after our dog all winter (which is like 4 months up here). I keep telling here that it will be a disaster if we leave it all to spring but she doesnât believe me.

and iâm a bit selfish myself, my daughter has had a terrible fight for months (respiratory and heart) and had just gotten out of the woods a couple weeks ago (all over a pos nurse stealing her meds instead of giving them to herâŚ) she probably wouldnt make it through another fight at this point. iâm worried for her.
oh manâŚyou dont even know how ****ed up it was.
she couldnt just steal the narcotics for some reason, she didnt give her her other meds throughout the ordeal eitherâŚ
i mean the seizure meds are bad enough and could kill her but no antibiotics made her go septic in a matter of days and then get endocarditis for the 2nd time. 6 weeks in ICU on a vent. 8 weeks getting iv antibiotics at home by mom got it mostly taken care of.

I know thereâs increased discussion of opioid abuses in rural America but unless you spend time with people who live in a real small, insulated community, you donât realize just how pervasive drug abuse has become.
The little town where my buddyâs farm is, where we used to go out and hang out with the locals and drink/fish/shoot in HS, I wonât go into as an adult outside of heading into the local cafe or sale barn. It bubbles right under the surface but people are committing violent felonies for their fix. Itâs ****ing awful.
Sounds like some of that is at play here with your stealinâ nurse. Sorry to hear about it. Such an odd thing for someone to become a pediatric nurse and then actively seek to hurt a child.

meth and opioids have taken over (hell a car is stolen every day lately) but MOST people know me and leave me and my stuff alone (nothing comes up missing around here even after they hit every other shop in town for shit last week , knock on wood) but this bitch was from out of town and didnt know.
her family and friends all know me at this point, her and some POS guy got some cash too when we were in the hosptial and they skipped out with it. she stole my phone too and I left it on for months hoping they would leave it on long enough for me to get to them.
i almost lost my mind over this shit.

Okay now I am 
on having these otherwise pointless debates on the internet here and wherever. The reason is that you never know who is lurking. You never know who is being thoughtful. You never know what you having this debate helps someone else process.
But that is light years apart from you guys having private conversations where you are not even close to having a functional discussion.
For example, you and this guy have fundamentally opposing premises guiding not just how you approach this discussion but your very perception of humanity and how you engage with existence. You are not having the same conversation.
I wonât stand in anyoneâs way though if they simply consider this good sport and are passing the time dunking on brainwashed deplorables. Just never held much appeal for me.

They were both literally indicating that the dems would never agree or propose a bill that would only help the people now and do the bailout later. And maybe they wouldnt but its obviously way closer to the dems letting the first bill be just helping people and a bailout later than the GOP ever doing that shit. but nah its 100 % from both according to them.

Itâs like my boss from fifteen years ago who claimed that since he had voluntarily synced his phone to his work email, he was always on the clock and worked more hours than anyone. He used this to justify coming in as late as he liked, leaving as early as he liked, and punishing anyone who failed him.
