The Mitt tweet? Yea, we all know he is being a sarcastic asshole. That doesn’t change the fact the the way he used “but he is a RINO, and I like him a lot” suggests he has no idea what RINO actually means. Had he said “even though he is a RINO, I like him a lot” it would suggest the opposite.
