not gonna get it, PI was simply the house passing it.

Strongly disapprove number at 38%. 38% is like the absolute core Trump support that picks Trump over America and over Jesus and over anything. It’ll never change. It’s definitely enough to keep him from being removed and whether it’s enough to re-elect him is another coin flip.
