Medi Hassan basically said this on Ezra Klein’s podcast. He gave Modi’s second term as an example. I think there’s something to it, but there’s a key difference between Trump and Modi, modi is a true ideologue, Trump doesn’t believe in anythjng but himself, so it’s not like he has been holding back.
Imagine being so fully stupid you think someone not paying for goods and services they received was “outsmarting”. These muffin heads could not smart anyone let alone out smart them.
