The Presidency of Donald J. Trump, Episode VI: No Witnesses, One Defector, No Checks or Balances

Didn’t he oversee a few dozen rapes as the head of Baylor and barely blink an eye?

Between that and being part of Epstein’s legal team, semi-respectable left the building ages ago.

Yeah, but even still he somehow has enough of a reputation to get on CNN and all the DC cocktail parties. This is gonna destroy what little is left of his dignity.

I don’t know why Sekulow is still on board; he should have jumped ship way back like Ty Cobb did. I guess Trump’s checks are clearing for him.

I feel like Trump tweeting this is… a good thing? What the fuck.

Is Alan Dershowitz the lawyer who’s been credibly accused by Virginia Roberts and she’s suing him, he’s suing her and Billy Barr possibly has tapes of All Epsteins victims and Bill Barr is Trumps personal Lawyer…

Wait, are you fucking kidding me!!!

Ken Starr, who covered up and minimized all the shite that happened under Art Briles at Baylor? Not respectable in the least.

I’m just gonna assume everyone on his team has compromising videos in Epstein’s secret safe or whatever. There’s no sane reason to take this job.

writing the blow job report and presiding over rape college didn’t destroy his dignity, so I really don’t see how this would

lol, he’s also bringing in Pam Bondi.

Pedophilia, bribery, and rape coverups. What a team.

I don’t know the details that well on this, but Ken Starr is the guy who recommended Bill for prosecution, but has consistently maintained that Trump shouldn’t be impeached? How can he possibly have any credibility anywhere?

All part of the plan.

Hillary lost the 2016 election so that Trump could be impeached in his first term, thus ensuring a Bernie landslide in 2020.

Feels like ages ago, but it was actually very recently that Ken Starr went on live television and said yep, that is definitely an impeachable offense by tRump.

But then he received marching orders and immediately about-faced on Fox.

Part of his voter suppression strategy. He knows that a) Bernie IS likely to be fucked over by the DNC, and b) Bernie voters are the most likely to sit out if Bernie doesn’t win (ESPECIALLY if Biden wins). So when Bernie doesn’t win the nomination, he’ll go, “Too bad, I would’ve loved to have faced Bernie, couldn’t been a beautiful contest, some might say the best contest ever, but now look who you’re stuck with. Sleepy Joe Biden. I don’t like it any more than you do, but we’ll see what happens.” In his mind, Bernie voters are even more enraged and stay home, Trump wins a second term, the Republic falls sometime during his third term, etc. etc. etc.

Probably, but I’m just over here hoping Bernie can snipe some trump voters during open primaries haha

Simpler times…LOL.

Brett Kavanaugh worked on your team, worked on this investigation of President Bill Clinton. He wrote and suggested some very explicit, salacious questions should be asked of President Clinton. But you didn’t agree to do that. Why?

Starr: Well, we wanted to respect the dignity of the presidency, and I think that we did that, but at the same time, we wanted to get to the bottom of things.

I am absolutely shocked, SHOCKED I TELL YOU, that Brett would be the most vocal proponent of sexually invasive questions.

Do you send a moral warning to the country to say, you know, just because things are going well, doesn’t mean you should overlook these important questions about the rule of law, truth, and–

Starr: Absolutely. If we don’t have the rule of law in the country, then we have not done what the founding generation said. “We’re here to establish justice.” That’s in the preamble to the Constitution. And “justice” means the rule of law and that everyone is accountable.
