Is it me or has NPR barely been covering any of these Ukraine bombshells for the past two days? Listened today and they mostly ran an in-depth piece about the China deal.
This thing where they march the impeachment articles over is lame. We need Black Rod to transport them.

My understanding is that NPR is mostly comprised of privileged elites, albeit liberal leaning. They want the world to be mostly like it is, maybe with some modest additional social programs to assuage their feelings of liberal guilt. It doesn’t surprise me that they are not whipping up public anger about corruption in Washington. I’m sure that they would love an eDem Federal government that would probably fund them much better, but a full blown populist revolt against the connected class would catch a lot of NPR types as collateral damage.
