Your overthinking it. Trump’s capitalization is random, Franklin capitalized all proper nouns.

That’s probably true for Trump, but I think the other part is just as simple. He capitalizes stuff for emphasis. The EMPHASIS may as well be random, but I think it’s often deliberate. This word is important. This one is a buzzword concept. This one is in quotes because we all know it’s an important shell concept for liberal propaganda.

Even just getting military votes could be big. There are 57K soldiers at Fort Bragg. So maybe 100K if you count significant others. There are 100K retired military in the area.
Trump won NC by 173K in 2016 and he’s polling worse now. If this costs him 20K/200K votes, that’s pretty big and could be the margin of victory in NC.
Unfortunately it seems they think he is lying about it to own the libs.
All this talk of Republicans Who Redeemed Themselves makes me long for the one true Redeemer. He blasted Trump long and hard. He was the one senator to vote to remove him from office. And here he is joining in a BLM march.

I was exaggerating some but around 1/4 of all gains were due solely to temporary hiring for the census. In other words you take that out and August was a dismal month for actual businesses hiring people back and the unemployment number is probably still over 10%

As many know here, I’ve never beed involved in academic work or even high school level education and Trump write like me & like me he left schools at an early age, formed his own style of writing & stuck with IT.

This looks like it’s a legacy from or copy of German, where all nouns get capitalized. I wouldn’t be surprised if the prevailing language of scientists at the time was German, and even people writing in English might be inclined to imitate the style. Or it was the result of the many German-speaking immigrants we had at the outset of the country.
