Just my opinion, but I don’t think faking it makes a lot of sense. The fact that he even claims to have it blows his narrative that you don’t really need to wear a mask if you don’t want to.

I would presume this can’t be faked. Like I’m assuming the testing is handled through the Secret Service and has a lot of eyes on it the whole way along. It would be a massive national security issue for it to be accepted as fact that the President has COVID without it being well established. I also seriously doubt that a narcissist hatches a plan of pretending to be sick.
