To be fair she’s not explicitly racist. She’s explicitly classist, which if course bleeds into racism. I watched the piece. The lady is from McKinney which a couple of years ago had the cops arresting 14 year old black kids at the pool.
The piece went on to show a developer that wanted to build some apartments that would accept Section 8 vouchers. The city council voted her down. Because of the legal situation at the time she could still build the low income housing. So she started. Then the McKinney cops started blocking the entrance to the job site and arresting random workers for trespassing. Eventually she got the hint and abandoned the project.
Gold quote was a civil rights lady who went to the city council meeting to advocate for Section 8. She was white and said, “If you want to hear the most racist things said in your life and even in your imagination go to the women’s restroom during a break during a city council meeting when Section 8 is on the agenda.”

The vaaaaaast majority of people with some money, Democrats and Republicans alike, feel this way. Most know to stick to the code words, though. It’s racist-tinged NIMBYism.

You have to start from the position that condemning something as racist is the only true racism.
This has got to be the closest confirmed positive to Trump. I really dont know how him dying or going on a vent before Nov 3rd would work out for us though. We are relying on a huge anti trump vote and I’m not sure I want to roll the dice with giving those voters an alternative.
Hopefully he holds out until mid November, then let covid ravage him painfully.
