It’s a label that actually makes it more confusing. Is it a custom made crack pipe with his son’s name on it? Is it a regular one with his son’s signature? Is he smoking Hunter himself? Is Hunter a street name for crack?
I always wonder who Garrison’s cartoons are for. They’re too busy for low-info deplorables to grasp. Most liberals probably don’t know who this guy is and nearly everybody else below 60 doesn’t read political cartoons.
I can only surmise that these cartoons are targeted more at us than Trump supporters. He’s relying on us mocking him to make a living.

In fairness, I bought a flat of La Croix from Costco, and it still had them.
They’re not for literalists. You have to give up on any direct symbolism or metaphors. It’s all viscera and instant emotional prejudice. Needles are bad, Hunter Biden is bad, therefore they go together for double the outrage. There is no logical connection. In fact the appeal is in using outrage to connect two things you hate that otherwise have nothing to do with each other.

I get this video is meant to trigger Trump. But in the video, the narrator says “Mitch McConnell has already told the Senators to drop you.” I wonder if that part is true. These guys have GOP connections.
It’s sort of true. Mitch supposedly told vulnerable senators he was ok with distancing from Trump if they thought it would help in their elections. There were stories about it a few weeks ago (though my sense of time may have covid).
