read that vanity fair book excerpt… jesus it’s so plainly obvious that, and again think about how ridiculous it is that we just shrug this off as just another one of his things, foreign governments are literally bribing him with millions of dollars every year. and then by some huge coincidence, he decides in their favor in some way when they do.
i’m in awe. like… this man. i wish i were born like 10 years from now so i could study him instead of live through it all. him, his family, his administration, hell this whole maga era is gonna be interesting as fuck to future history buffs, sociologists and people who love to read non-fiction.

Half the copies would be purchased by conservative think tanks for the purpose of money laundering, the other half by people who would never open a book, so this ruse would never be discovered.
It reminds me of a paperback from the 90s that I still see sometimes in thrift stores. It was called something like “The Incredible Accomplishments of Bill Clinton” and it was just 150 blank pages. GET IT??
That’s a gold-medal grift though. It was priced like a normal book and people actually bought it.

It’s easier than even you state, as you can buy the books with campaign contributions, sign them, and then sell them back to idiots for a substantial markup on the already ridiculous price for your garbage writing.

One of the Democratic activists who congregates at the entrance to the president’s club, Juli Briskman, became famous several years ago for making an obscene gesture at the presidential motorcade. She is now an elected county official, a position that she owes in part to her newfound celebrity-dom.
