In past years I’ve had to snowblow a racetrack path in the back yard for our corgis, we aren’t at that point yet this year but it’s getting close. They like racing around in it, occasionally they venture out into the deep parts but it’s a struggle

I use snowshoes to flatten out an even, packed path in the woods behind my house for the same reason.

I’m not going to be able to do better than google, but throwing up once or twice is usually no big deal. If there’s grass around, maybe the puppy will eat some, it’s usually good for digestive disturbance. Worth seeing vet though of course to be sure.

4 times is concerning, but it is a good sign that the pup is still energetic and her normal self. But any more and I’m probably headed to the ER to be honest.

I am not an expert, but I wouldn’t take her to the ER if she’s still energetic. I’d avoid feeding her and try to keep her hydrated.

If she starts getting lethargic then I would take her to the ER. a good probiotic may help too, but not sure if it has the same effect for vomiting as it does for diarrhea.

I hope she’s alright and this passes soon.

Meh, make sure she’s got water and isn’t in pain or dry heaving. Puking happens. Look up easy digestible foods for a day or two.

My vet recommended cooked rice and cooked chicken when my dog was nauseous.

Yeah when my dog was small we’d give her steamed rice when she was sick, worked like a charm.

@goofyballer how’s the puppy doing?

I’m glad she’s doing well. We’ve had a few days like that with our now senior dog, and it’s no fun. But they recover quickly when it’s nothing serious.

If it’s any consolation, after staying up late watching the shitshow yesterday, our cat woke us up at 5:50am this morning by puking on our bed. I have no idea how people manage to have kids, honestly.

Pumpkin can help in with the chicken and rice (like the pie filling).

Dogs can take Pepcid, dosing is available online. I’m not sure about pepto or anything like that.

About every 2-3 months we have to give the chiahuahua Benadryl. She gets something up her nose out in the yard.

Jake and his inflamed intestines has done super great digestion wise since we started Visbiome probiotics. Dogs and babies. It’s all about the poop.

The syringes are easier to use if you insert in on the back side of her mouth and kind of shoot it down her throat
