Yes, but the best kind of Leafs loss is when they have a big lead and then lose. So cheer for them to win 3 games then lose 4 straight.

You and everyone else. The Pens are pretty good and Crosby and Malkin can still turn it on, but they the Rangers should be able to score on the Pens back up goalie. It’ll be tough for Pittsburgh to win high scoring games against Shesterkin.
This Rangers/Penguins game has been fantastic.

I was reading Ratto’s latest article on Defector on how bad the playoffs have been so far, and he’s so right. No overtime (only three OT games so far), no tight games (average margin of victory has been over three goals), no in-game drama at all.
I went back and looked at the results up to this point – there have been exactly as many one-goal games as there have been games decided by five or more. What the hell is going on?
Yeah it sucks because NHL playoffs round one can have a certain “March Madness” chaos to it if there are lots of overtime games.

So hopefully the Leafs set themselves up for maximum heartbreak again. Loloilers ofc. If the Oilers lose to LA then I am rooting for them. The further they go the bigger the chance that Marco Sturm gets a gig as headcoach anywhere. Oh and MTL won the lottery and its probably the wrong year as I hear rumours that Bedard next year seems to be on a different level.
I don’t think Shane Wright is the real deal. If I had the 1st overall pick I’d consider trading it.
