Another two from further back are Russell Erxleben and Charlie Gogolak. The former got his name out there with a record-setting 67 yard field goal at UT (on a kicking tee though lol) and punted in the NFL while Charlie Gogolak and his bro invented the way kickers kick footballs today by using soccer-style kicking instead of straight-on kicks.

but there is some bust risk, he didn’t really try to pooch punt there and if he gets a ST coach who’s all no kick it short for coverage and screws with him. welp
Ariaza has something like 30 percent of his pooch punts go for touchbacks, which is really bad. And not a lot of experience in cold weather which matters to some teams. He’s still the best punting prospect I can remember but he’s not flawless.
