The NFL Thread 2: 1. T Swift

Wait… Brady said he has “unfinished business.” I mean, come on, dog.

Chase Daniel says hold my clipboard.

Is gronk playing ?

I think he’s still a FA. Would assume he’s coming back.

According to a Sunday report from ESPN, the ball that represents Brady’s last touchdown pass (for now) recently sold for $518,000, per auction site Lelands.

Ooops

What an ass. Now I had to register to see if I can get tickets for the Munich game.

Makes sense - he has all the leverage right now. I assume too the Packers want to sign him to a deal that is cap friendly for this year.

Trubisky to the Steelers. Is he really that much better than Rudolph. Maybe they got him cheap, but expecting to see something like 2/30.

I guess it’s a 3 way competition between Trubisky, Rudolph and Haskins with Trubisky having the inside track. If you were Mitch would you feel better about beating out Daniel Jones or about beating out Rudolph and Haskins? I think probably the latter.

I would guess this doesn’t rule out the Steelers taking a QB in the draft and having him sit behind Mitch or Mason for a couple years.

Black Kirk cousins would have to lose 23 of his next 30 games to match him.

That is a terrible trio, RIP steelers skill position players. JuJu is defintely leaving right?

Trubes had a real coach last season, we’ll see.

I am sure JuJu will be testing the market. Not clear what he can get elsewhere coming off the injury

IIRC, a big reason the Packers tagged Adams was to buy them more time to negotiate a contract extension. Not great that he said he’s not playing on the franchise tag, but I don’t think the team was just “ha ha, sucks to be him, we’re tagging him.”

We’ll see, I guess.

all the free agents to the Jags

Edit: Spotrac has it 4/72m.
