The National Football League

Bubble each division. Play 3 games against everyone in your division. Then 8 team playoffs?

Yeah never going to happen, but man shit about to get fucked.

This is what they should have done.

I think a great idea would have been a 12 game season, 3 bubbles, 2 weeks between each bubble

Each bubble they send four teams each to eight different locations, two each from two different divisions. So like Packers, Bears, Giants, Eagles. The divisional rivals play each other weeks 1 and 4, then play the other 2 in weeks 2 and 3.

The second bubble the Bears with go with the Lions, the Packers with the Vikings, and so on.

Cut out the 4 AFC/NFC games. You play six game against your division and two games each against other in-conference divisions. Just draw the teams for who plays who outside of the division which is how they should determine the NFL schedule anyways, it would be a huge, fun event.

NFL really should have had it built in like 3-4 empty weeks after the season to play any postponed games that need to be played due to playoff implications and if they don’t have any implications play them during the playoffs.

They’re going to have to shorten the season or add extra weeks. If some lineman dies I guess they will cancel?

well none of the jets games need to be made up so that’s one team who’s fine

I saw someone post on twitter they have the option to extend the season up to 4 weeks. But obviously that’s a last resort.

Bill O’Brien fired, the entire city of Houston celebrates

I went to the game last night in KC as Patriot fan. Pretty discouraging to go from S.C. to KC to see Bobby Hoyer while half our group had to leave Monday because of work / family but it was a great experience.

Absolutely no traffic @suzzer99 which I’m told is a rarity. They separated cars for tailgating and there were very few large groups but plenty of pretty girls running around and dancing in pick up beds. We entered 10 minutes b4 kickoff and we’re through security in under a minute. There were no lines for the CC only concessions. I’ve never been more comfortable in my seats at an event. Elbow room, leg room and nobody to step over or get stepped on getting up.

I can’t wait to catch another game somewhere. Maybe Pats at Miami.

How was mask compliance?

100% enforced inside if u count having the nose exposed as enforced. You could remove it while biting or sipping, but not leave it down like a bar or restaurant. They had personal walking around w compliance signs. We only saw one issue and he switched gears after faint ejection. I fell in love with the city.

Did you get some good BBQ?

need to add that GB TE and just in time for all their WRs to get healthy

lol FF is legit torture

Yes 239 I think it was called, a couple places around Country Club plaza and our driver took us to a hole in the wall on a dirty road using his “back way” to Arrowhead which was exceptional. I had no idea the food and bar scene was as good as it was.

Q39, and the hole in the wall was almost certainly LC’s. Country Club plaza was probably Jackstack and Char Bar. Yeah KC has a ton of good food not just BBQ.

It’s had kind of a foodie revolution the last couple decades - with young hipsters moving out to start some artisanal sheep cheese farm or w/e - taking advantage of the endless land in all directions.

Yes they all ring a bell. Things got blurry after copping at The Shady Lady where there was 0 customer sd or masks. They were at 120% capacity.
