Caracalla, killed on the side of the road by a dude named Macrinus (edit: had to double check, was some rando who killed Caracalla but possibly under Macrinus’ employ), who became the first Roman emperor not to even visit Rome during his (short) reign. I have listened to History of Rome 5x.
