Really depends on the model. My old (very) old laptop is easy to work on. My newer one… Forget it. I mean if diy.
Check youtube for your model and fan issue. You might find something useful.

i tried to take apart a macbook once and it was a very unpleasant experience. taking apart dell laptops in the online poker days was a piece of cake.
It’s a Gigabyte Aero 17 xd. Looks like the disassembly isn’t too difficult, only thing I’m not used to is applying thermal paste.
Looks straightforward. Thermal paste is gooey. Can get messy if you’re not careful but you should be fine. Maybe have some alcohol and extra cotton swabs/pads ready. It’s a good feeling to fix stuff. Have fun.

Wait a minute! Does that imply there is a meat version of Cheerios? Like Maple Bacon Cheerios or something? I’m experimenting with eating cereal instead of cooking and am intrigued.
