The Former Presidency of Donald J. Trump, Volume XII: Nevertheless, NFTs!

The form at issue is the New York State DTF-5 Statement of Financial Condition.

I mean I get that banks don’t just take your word for stuff but there has to be some reason people fill out this document. It’s 10 pages long and seems like a huge PITA.

It’s also made clear when you sign it that “a willfully false representation is a misdemeanor punishable under New York State Penal Law section 210.45”

This ain’t gonna “got” him but it’s gonna annoy the hell out of him. I approve.

Any of us are like a day late on our cable bill and it ends up on our credit report, and we’ll end up getting higher interest rates or having a tough time getting loans, but this fucker can just stiff anyone and everyone for hundreds of thousands of dollars, millions even, and it never comes back to bite him. Never. Not once. Worst case, he eventually maybe has to pay part of it. Nobody is ever like, “Hmm, maybe we shouldn’t lend him millions.”

The most infuriating part of his whole stupid story is the banks never dropping the hammer on him. It’s pretty easy to start buying into conspiracy theories when you look into the details.

Vitulano and Gross both admitted that between June 2007 and February 2008, they were involved in the purchase of six townhomes in Temple Terrace, Florida, and two homes in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, all purchased in the names of straw buyers. In order to finance each of these purchases, Vitulano and Gross caused loan applications containing false information to be submitted to various mortgage lenders and financial institutions. The false information submitted included false employers and an overstatement of income and assets. The fraudulently obtained loans were foreclosed upon causing harm to the lenders.

Feds have been known to be heavy handed when it comes to mortgage fraud from normies

What happened to his loans were coming due in 2023 and 2024 and he had no way to pay them? Has he grifted enough off his supporters to cover them now?

And while I’m with you that makes know what they’re doing, how is it that Deutch and others aren’t at all worried and even seem willing to continue to lend to him?

Look, he absolutely lied. But it is stupid to focus on garden variety real estate developer bullshit when there are dozens of actual criminal felonies to charge, that are not being charged simply because the people who could being those cases are cowards.

you are wrong. Completely so. Not much more to say. 2 minutes googling will show you.

Yes on both as widely published in hundreds of articles and the very civil case just filed.

I just turned to CNN to see if Don Lemon, the dumbest man on television, was still on. Surprisingly, despite “deplorable” ratings, they have not yet yanked him from his chair. He had on with him another lonely and pathetic figure, con man Michael D’Antonio, who has been with CNN for years pretending he knows me, which he does not. I was probably the only one watching, but it was a sad sight seeing two losers,Trump Haters both, lamenting that I have come so far - Like President of the U.S.!

Tax fraud. He routinely paid people by paying for their cars or kids tuition or whatever, without paying payroll taxes or reporting it on W2s.

Don’t forget management fees
