Classification has actually nothing to do with the statute. Still not Trumps papers. He topped it off by specifically saying he mentally declassified so he could take to MLG. But not his to take so still basically theft of government property and now heās on record saying it was intentional.

Itās kind of an Air Bud situation. It was inconceivable that even a POTUS as terrible as Nixon would go hog wild declassifying the NOC list so we donāt have many rules on any of this.

I figured out trumpās future legal strategy if this gets worse - he has a constitutional 2A right to bear arms, so heās legally allowed to possess the nuclear codes, duh. this is a 2A issue.
