I just now learned that it matters who files charges. An indictment is when a grand jury does. Anything else, is when a prosecutor does and is not considered an indictment. Obviously, I intended the bet to be any arrest and charges filed, but I’ll honor whatever your intentions were. @grue when you get a chance, I’d just like clarity. Thanks
