Yeah, Iāve seen this misrepresented. Heās a magistrate judge, which is a 10-year merit-based position filled by the particular court. Heās not an āArticle 3 judge,ā nominated by the president, approved by the Senate and do not have a limited term. Magistrate judges typically have better credentials but fewer political connections than appointed judges. Many become appointed judges.

On the one hand, there is no way Trump gets indicted that quickly. Just zero percent. On the other handā¦ Riverman. I put it about 50/50.
